The time shown is the local time on the server.
It will be updated automatically every 5 second tbe the AJAX Timer Control or when you click on the submit
button.
The update is implemented using the AJAX Timer Control
amd the AJAX Update Panel. Your browser requests the updated time using Java Script
created by the ASP.NET 2.0 Timer Control.
